[Nfbktad] iPhone - OCR - image PDF

I’m wondering if there is a way to use my iPhone 4S to run an OCR app on a PDF image file and then use VoiceOver to read it

I put Avast on my wifes computer and she uses version 12. Haven't heard any complaints. The anti virus only is free. If you want out to scan everything that comes into the computer out is about 60 dollars a year.
