Strange indeed, Cathy. I was actually able to get through using the toll free number(could be that I’m not in Louisville?). One must provide them with the following info: Kentucky Chapter. That is how the rooms in the block are registered. For additional reference, the group code is: CGNNFBK.

If you need to call the Ramada Plaza you really should use the local number, 491-4830. I am not certain that the 800 number will have the information about our room rates. I have been told that there isn't a local listing. How strange is that?
