[Nfbktad] New Tiny Triple Talke USB external synthesizer $215.00!

I sure would love to have one of these!

How would the computer know to reroute the speech from the internal to 
external device?

I often record into my computer using Studio Recorder but it doesn't let me 
monitor the recording.  Do you think this would solve that problem?
