[Nfbktad] questions about outlook and jaws 13?

Hi,

I've just recently configured outlook and am having trouble reading
messages.  I know the messages I'm clicking on have text in the body
because one of them is one I sent a group of people and copied myself
however it says read-only and doesn't read any text.  Is there a more
accessible version of outlook or can I set some kind of accessible
interface?  I'm using jaws 13 and windows 7 and office 2010.
