Also, iblinkradio is a free app for your iPhone or iPad where you can access numerous demos and audio tutorials on a variety of blindness related topics; with the primary focus being assistive technology.  The great majority of what you'll find in the app are podcasts containing demonstrations of how to use VoiceOver with specific apps on Apple devices.
