[Nfbktad] saving attachments in Outlook 2013

Alt+F, M

How do I save attachments in Outlook 2013. In earlier versions of Outlook
and Outlook Express, I went to the file menu and Save Attachments. I hit
save all attachments. This ribbon thing has me totally confused.
