Cindy, you’re absolutely right. The TV listings on NFB-NEWSLINE (option 8 off of the touch tone telephone) will let you know if it’s audio described, which you can consult prior to the airing of a program, MacArthur.

I am pretty sure the tv guide on newsline has this information. Denise Franklin used it if I remember correctly.

I have a tivo so I don’t use any guide and have no idea what channels things are on. Set it and let it record. There are various shows I like that have description available and several that I wish would add it.

Spectrum/Carter provided me the roku device and instructed me on how to access audio description.  Therefore, I know how to get to audio dscription.  My question is whether there es a way to identify programs with audio description before they are aired.
