I just wanted to share what I think is an excellent resource.  This site has very comprehensive lists of keyboard commands for Windows, Mac OS and Linux as well as for numerous programs and web apps.  Since these are built-in "mainstream" shortcuts, they are not screen reader specific; and can therefore be used by anyone.

Side note for those who use the mouse: This will also give you an idea of all the hot keys that screen reader users have to memorize in order to perform the same functions that you do by simply pointing and clicking.  Grins!
