I would like to inform all those registering for the NFB Kentucky Convention
that there is an error message reflected upon completion of processing your
payment in PayPal. Here is the error message "Sorry, due to an error, we are
unable to fulfill your request at the moment. You may want to contact your
administrator or service provider with more details about what action you
were performing when this occurred."

 

Please ignore this, it is very likely a false positive. How do you know that
your registration has been successful? You will receive a confirmation email
sent to the email that you listed on the registration form. That email
should be reflected in your Inbox shortly after you have paid your
registration.

As a follow up to Todd‘s email, using the web browser, edge, appears to have some navigational challenges with jaws. I would encourage folks using a desktop PC to consider using an alternative, such as Google Chrome. If you use edge, you may experience issues with navigation by heading, as well as finding needed buttons and links. This was tested using the most recent version of edge and Jaws 2025. As always if you have questions, please feel free to reach out to me for assistance with registration. I may be contacted at 502-609-2394.
