As a follow up to Todd‘s email, using the web browser, edge, appears to have some navigational challenges with jaws. I would encourage folks using a desktop PC to consider using an alternative, such as Google Chrome. If you use edge, you may experience issues with navigation by heading, as well as finding needed buttons and links. This was tested using the most recent version of edge and Jaws 2025.
