Hello friends and partners -

 

The Kentucky Talking Book Library, part of the National Library Service, is
excited to announce our new online enrollment option.  Patrons can visit
https://www.loc.gov/nls/how-to-enroll/ to learn more about eligibility for
accessible library service and apply using the online application at
https://enroll.nls.loc.gov/nlspe-web. Applications submitted online will be
reviewed during regular business hours.  NLS has also a super simple
eligibility quiz on the enrollment page that takes less than two minutes and
emphasizes the wide range of reading challenges that qualify a person for
service.
