Sendero GPS is known as the Cadillac or Rolls Royce of accessible GPS
products, a result of input from blind users over the past twelve years.
The new Sendero GPS "EZ" version combines an easy-to-use simple
interface with the richness and power of the Sendero GPS technology. For
example, the most popular functions are grouped in a short menu and the
less common functions are only available in the full Version of the
software.<br>

This new “EZ” version is also "EZ" on the pocket-book. The MSRP
for the software and maps is $498, one third the price of a complete GPS
package. The EZ version does not include Virtual Mode or map updates,
which can be purchased separately along with a memory card and GPS
receiver. You can always update later to the full Sendero GPS XL version
once you have mastered the basics.<br>

The “EZ” mode is also available in the complete Sendero GPS product with
what we now call the XL mode. "XL" includes all the Sendero GPS
features you have come to know like the Virtual Exploration mode, manual
route recording, Replay User POI recording, 2 years of upgrades and the
list goes on. The process of connecting to the GPS receiver has been made
easier in both modes.<br><br>
