It is in the best interest of our students to make sure that they complete this form immediately. There are questions pertaining to visual impairment, hardware and software familiarity and usage that would be best answered prior to the training to ensure that the TAD staff can make accommodations regarding training staff and equipment. Waiting until the day of the event could very well present problems. This application for students will need to be completed at some point, so our recommendation would be to fill out the online application ASAP<span style="color:#1F497D">; th</span>e application for Pre Employment Transition Students will need to be completed prior to admittance into the symposium. Registration begins promptly at 8 A.M.<span style="color:#1F497D"> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">Financial assistance (includes transportation expenses for students) is available. <span style="color:#1F497D">Please note that t</span>here are limited funds.
