the first ruling, I wouldn't recommend anyone holding their breath. I can't
even remember how many years it took for us to actually get to hear these

The Federal Communications Commission has voted unanimously in favor of
increasing the required number of hours of video descriptions from 50 to
87.5. The new requirement -- which goes into effect in July 2018 -- also
increases the window for video descriptions from prime time to anytime
between 6 a.m. and 12 a.m.<br>
