I went to pay TAD dues and received the following page error after
submitting my info it goes to paypal and after paypal processes I

Also, you may want to edit the page as the address fields are not
in the standard order and may confuse people when they are trying
to review their information.<br>
It has country, address line, state, city, zip. And when I tried
to auto fill it didn't like US in the address and said none found
and only allowed United States. These are trivial things for when
you have time.<br>
