[NFBMD-GPGC] NFB of Maryland Caucus - July 4, 2026 - 8:30PM Salon C

Folks,

 

We will be holding our NFB of Maryland Caucus on Saturday, July 4, 2026
from 8:30 PM – 10:30PM in Salon C.  Please plan to join us in person if you
will be at Convention.  If you wish to sit with Maryland at the banquet, you
need to pick up your convention registration materials before the Caucus and
bring your banquet ticket to the caucus.  

 

In addition, we will be discussing proposed resolutions and policies that
will come before the convention.  As usual, we’ll use the Caucus as an
opportunity for the membership to share your perspective on resolutions;
this will help the delegates decide how we will vote should the delegates be
polled on resolutions and policies.  

 

We’ll also hear – for the first time – from our 2026-2027  John T. McCraw
Scholarship finalists.  We’ll share other important information as well.

 

We hope to make available a virtual option for the Caucus, but it’ll depend
on whether or not the technology behaves.  Thus please don’t be frustrated
if the technology does not work.  If it does, you can use the usual
affiliate Zoom information to access the meeting.  The information for Zoom
is at the end of this email.

 

Those who are not able to attend the convention in person are welcome to
reach out to me directly to share your perspective on resolutions.  Texting
is the most efficient way to get in touch with me, so please text
