these tough economic times. I would like to know if any of you have applied or get
benefits from our local social services offices. If your answer is YES, then read

benefits. If YES, are these notices in Large print or Braille. </span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>The state collects data if the client has a disability, whether
the person is visually impaired or blind. The notices should be send to you
in large print or Braille. </span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>These benefits include Income Support Services (Temporary
Cash Assistance, Food Stamps, Medical Assistance, Temporary Disability
Assistance Program</span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>and Child Care Subsidy Programs), Public Health Services
(MCHP, Prenatal, Care for Kids, and Dental), and Emergency Services for
the prevention of eviction and utility disconnections, Home Energy and County
Rental Assistance Programs.</span></font></p>

time keeping up with your mail because the notice is not provided in accessible
