will be unable to do so unless you have your Household Identification
Number, which is located on your Census form as well as the return
envelope. </DIV>

information on how to complete your Census forms, including how to request a
Partnership Specialist to come to your home, how to set up a group Census
workshop (for chapters and affiliates), and other ways you can complete the

<P class=MsoNormal>I just found out that, beginning Monday, April 12th, if you
have blindness, visual or other disability, you can fill out your Census
over the phone. The number is 866-872-6868. Make sure
to fill yours out; we need to be counted just like our sighted
peers.<o:p></o:p></P>
