disabilities who need job accommodations (or "reasonable accommodations" as
defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act) are being sought for a study by
researchers at the University of Maryland, College Park. The purpose of this
study is to examine factors related to requests for job

share your perceptions on factors related to an accommodation request by
answering a few questions about yourself, your organization, and your abilities
and emotions in the course of requesting accommodations. This survey will take
