Students will be able to learn how to apply for a scholarship, receive helpful tips from past scholarship winners, learn about the many benefits of membership in the Maryland Association of Blind Students (MDABS), get energized about how you can play a vital role in the important work of the Federation, and get your questions about the NFB and our scholarship program answered. A free lunch will also be provided along with the opportunity to meet fellow blind high school and college students as well as successful blind adults. Looking for free money or free food? Then read on. The Towson/Lutherville/Cockysville (TLC) chapter of the National Federation of the Blind would like to invite you to a scholarship open house on Saturday, March 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Image Center, located in the Hampton Plaza Bldg. at 300 East Joppa Rd. Suite 312(near the Towson Mall).
