<p class="MsoNormal">The Maryland Department of Transportation will be holding a Maryland Transportation Summit on Wednesday, October 28, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the National Federation of the Blind Jernigan Institute. The event is free, but space is limited
