They also attempt to count others,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText> although not living in the streets or shelters, but in the position of<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText> "couch surfing".<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoPlainText> In 2017, this was done on January. 25.
