<p class="MsoNormal">1. Accountability for the day-to-day decisions that directly impact the quality, efficiency, and profitability of the Baltimore sewing/cutting production.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">2. Providing leadership and commitment in support of continuing improvements in quality, productivity and delivery performance.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">3. Assessing key performance indicators, and taking appropriate actions, to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">4. Collaborate with senior leadership teams to understand client/production, commitments/goals and ensure that all service level and quality targets, are consistently met and exceeded.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">5. Understand and manage raw material usage and pattern control<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">6. Implement daily production plans and reports to monitor productivity, attendance, and quality, ensure that reports are accurate and timely.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">7. Ensure that associates assign, are trained, engaged, and managed effectively through performance, talent, and skill development processes, which will help maintain efficiency and productivity.
<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">8. Provides assigned associates with performance feedback on an ongoing basis, as well as the annual performance evaluations.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">9. Maintaining direct communication style with all employees (production staff and supervisory/management team) with the overall objective of maintaining good employee relations.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">10. Communicates and continually reinforces BISM Values, Vision Statement, Quality Policy, and commitment to associates.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">• An experience leader with manufacturing acumen with the ability to influence and lead associates on a continuous basis.

<p class="MsoNormal">• Must have the analytical skills too effectively report critical information to management.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledgeable in manufacturing methods Experienced in sewing operations and garment construction.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Must possess solid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
