The Maryland Accessible Telecommunications Program provides a free phone or a free tablet, or a free Amazon Echo Device.
As part of this seminar, eligible people will be able to fill out the form for the Maryland Accessible Telecommunications Program. You will have assistance with filling out the forms, but you must sign the following documents: Disability Certification, Terms and Conditions, and Tablet Agreement. You must also bring the following documents: Copy of your telephone bill or other utility bill, copy of your photo ID, driver's license or other identification card, and copy of benefits selected or copy of last year's income tax forms (if you selected limited income).</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#000000">You may sign up for the program if you have an annual income of $58,000 or less. If you have all of your documents, a representative of the Maryland Accessible Telecommunications Program will take your completed forms.
