The TLC Chapter of the NFB of Maryland will be conducting its November meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2017  at 7:00 PM. We meet at the Image Center in Towson on 300 East Joppa Road, Suite 312.

Amberle Brown, who works for the World Relief Organization in Baltimore will be sharing with us her experiences as she travels around the world as a blind person. How are blind persons viewed in other countries? What services are available to them? How can we help our blind brothers and sisters around the world to live the lives they want?
