Good morning Ashley
I am excited to share that a colleague and I will be presenting *Fresh
Conversations,* a* free *online nutrition education program for older
adults (anyone can listen in) and I was hoping you could share it with your
group. The 50 minute program is free and will be offered every two
weeks on *Wednesdays,11:00
AM -11:50 AM, from July 29th through November 4th.* We are presenting the
program via Zoom, however participants can also *listen in on their
phone. *Attached
is a flyer that includes the registration links, the dates and times, and
the topics of the 8 sessions we will be presenting.
To register, participants simply click on the link on the flier, under the
topic they are interested in attending. Participants can register for as
many sessions as they like. *Those who participate in a session will be
emailed a free Seasoned Newsletter that includes nutrition information,
recipes and activities.*  Please forward this email with the flier attached
to your group. Our first topic, 'Should I Be Concerned about Vitamin D?",
will be presented, Wednesday, July 29th.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I would be happy to
register those who don't have access to a computer and want to attend using
their phone.
