Due to needing more space for this month's fitness topic, the room was changed from the Upstairs Common Room to the Downstairs Hall. One of the church volunteers or I will be on site to direct you to the proper space.

Dear TLC Chapter Members and Friends,
Our next TLC chapter meeting is this Monday, May 18; We will be meeting in-person in the Common Room of St. Francis Episcopal Parish and Community Center, 2216 Pot Spring Rd., Timonium, MD 21093. Our regular meeting date is the third Monday of the month. You may arrive as early as 6:30 PM; the official meeting is scheduled to run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Please note that this is not a hybrid meeting and no virtual option is available. Please do not attend the meeting, if you have a fever or are feeling ill.
During the meeting We will be talking about what is going on at NFB at the chapter, affiliate and national levels. A draft of the April minutes is attached for your review.
Our program item this month will be a thirty-minute total body fitness workout taught by Duanita Nelson. Get ready to move and feel your best in this energizing 30-minute total body workout led by Duanita Nelson, an instructor with 15 years of experience. Designed for NFB TLC Chapter members of all ages and fitness levels, this inclusive session can be done standing or seated. We'll warm up, move through upper and lower body exercises for strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio, engage the core, and finish with a refreshing cool-down. If you plan to participate, please fill out the waver and release form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdGUzb3XYlH2mWU4ALCGpVwN4ibhR1_OW8Mbrh3l1EyWA1G0Q/viewform. Paper copies of the release form will also be available at the meeting. Water and light snacks will be provided.
The church is not easily accessed by fixed route transit, but it is served by paratransit.
