Remember, early voting starts on Thursday, October 25 and ends on November 1. Voting centers are open from 10 am to 8 pm. Consult your local Board of Elections to find the nearest voting center to you. The General Election day is Tuesday, November 6. Polls are open from 7 am to 8 pm.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>To obtain a list of candidates for the various offices and statewide questions, go to the local channel of NFB Newsline and select General Election. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Thanks to a partnership between the National Federation of the Blind and Lyft, you can get a free ride to your polling place and back. This is for both early voting and the General Election. Contact your chapter president if you are interested in obtaining a ride. Codes will be given to people who have no access to public transportation first, and then distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
