I</span><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Helvetica;font-size:14px">n his Executive Order, he declared public access to State buildings will be prohibited.'</span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Helvetica;font-size:14px"><br></span></div><div><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Helvetica;font-size:14px">Therefore, effective immediately, and until further notice, the Maryland State Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped will be closed.
