Our regular meeting date is the third Monday of the month. You may arrive as early as 6:30 PM; the official meeting is scheduled to run from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Get ready to move and feel your best in this energizing 30-minute total body workout led by Duanita Nelson, an instructor with 15 years of experience. Designed for NFB TLC Chapter members of all ages and fitness levels, this inclusive session can be done standing or seated. We’ll warm up, move through upper and lower body exercises for strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio, engage the core, and finish with a refreshing cool-down.
