This is my favorite time of year - and not because Dunkin' Donuts starts to carry Pumpkin Spice. It's because this time of year when curling up with a good book and tea is expected. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">October is Dyslexia Awareness Month, World Blindness Month, and Learning Disabilities Awareness Month. And b<span style="background-color:transparent">ecause of this, </span>Governor<span style="background-color:transparent"> Wes Moore of Maryland proclaimed October </span><i style="background-color:transparent"><b>Print Disabilties Month</b> </i><span style="background-color:transparent">in Maryland. I have attached an image of the proclamation as well as a transcript.
