[nfbmi-talk] Coins available for purchase at convention

Proof coins are more brilliant and are actually struck or stamped twice so 
there is more contrast in the profile of the front and back of the coin. If 
you were to buy a proof coin and an uncirculated coin, you might think about 
opening the one that was uncirculated as the proof will eventually be worth 
more on down the road than the uncirculated coin.
