Aggreed!!!  My current  Q9--H, via AT&T, to put it nicely "sucks."  I 
can't even use the AT&T MEdianet because the phone wasn't design for it, 
while all the others are.  This also goes true for the Cellular Video 
feature.  I use alternate sights for ringtones and apps; some of which 
cost as much as AT&T's top plan.  Might try the accessible IPhone when 
my contract is up.
