For those interested here is the url for the RSA monitoring review for the Michigan Commission for the Blind conducted or released in FY 2005. That was the last year until 2009 that any monitoring was conducted in this comprehensive fashion. This all goes to delivery of services from assistive technology to youth transitional services to IL programs for the elderly blind to ... Well you name it...And, yes Elizabetth, respectfully it also goes to provisions in the IPE and college funding too...
