Attached and below is in response to your FOIA request of the audio recording of the 6-20-08 MCB Commission Meeting.  I have placed in the US mail on this date (4-30-10), the letter below and attached, along with the CD.

This letter is in response to your request for information under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq, sent via email by you on April 27, 2010, and received by this office on April 28, 2010.  The information you requested is described as:  the audio recording of the June 20, 2008 meeting of the Michigan Commission for the Blind pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act referenced in this quotation:  "Mike Ellis advised Commissioners that there had not been audio streaming because there was equipment failure.  The Commission will have audio that has been captured."

 

Your request for this information is granted.  The recording of the June 20, 2008, Michigan Commission for the Blind Commission Meeting is enclosed.  The enclosed recording is on a CD and is in a MP3 format and in a zip folder.  You will need to extract these files in order to listen to the audio.
