Absolutely!  Camp T has done just about all within its power through the
years, to establish just such a relationship with the MCB.

Forgive my ignorance here but couldn't MCB establish Campt T as a Community
Rehab Program and fund the sumer programs in particular if it wished to
adopting a fee for service protocol?
