Hello,

I am writing to update everyone on our progress on getting our web page
updated and most important, getting our site operational to sell coffee and
items made by blind people. Our site is called Natures Finest Bounty (check
the initials). We will sell 10 coffee selections. 3 of our flavors are
cherry, blueberry and hazelnut, all Michigan produce. We are looking for
blind persons who make things of a quality to be sold on our site to get in
touch so we can begin to develop our products. If you know of anyone who
makes nice items, or you make something you would like to sell and you can
make an ongoing supply, please let me know.

Regarding our Michigan web page, I would like 3 to 5 of your priority
features such as Events, Chapter info, etc, you feel are important to have
on our site. We have looked at some other state websites. Mostly, they are
not real exciting. The good thing is they are accessible and informative.
I hope to make ours cool, informative and low maintenance. Please take a
couple minutes to consider what you would want others to see if they visit
our site. Colorado has a nice website, so you may wish to look at it.
Remember, we want it to be visually attractive for our sighted friends to
enjoy and appreciate. You may be assured we want our site to be accessible
and interesting to people who use screen readers and screen enlargement
software.

We are trying to keep costs down on this first iteration, so it will be
basic with few, if any, bells and whistles. As our treasury permits, we
will continue to expand the features until we get the coolest website in the
Federation. I know cost is important, so simplicity and low-maintenance are
our guiding principles for now.

So, please take time to look around and see what you like on other sites and
add anything you may personally like. I cannot promise that every idea will
be included. I can guarantee that no idea will be included if you don't let
me know. Thank you for your help.

Warmest Regards,

Fred
