I don't know Fred. But, I do suggest that you, Elizabeth and others request 
this in Braille so that you can follow along point by point as the issue is 
being presented at the meeting on Friday and that you make this request 
pursuant to the requirement Under Title II of the ADA and the Rehab Act to 
make documents at public meetings accessable.

Also you might wish to ask Jeanette Brown that question.

The other thing that is interesting is this isn't the document that Geri 
sent me the other day. I do not cast aspersions on that for I think it was 
an honest mistake as there are so many documents floating around which is 
very confusing indeed.

Anyway that is my take on both of these issues.

I'll certainly be there on Friday and hope that Mr. ADA complies with my 
requests for reasonable accommodations for once in his life.
