Dear Mr. Cannon, et al,

 

I am writing today to request all the information that each and every Michigan Commission for the Blind Commissioner will have in their “meeting information packets”  and each document that will be referenced at the MCB public meetings of December 9 and 10, 2010. These should not only include the MCB report and that sort of mundane information but also items such as ALJ case summaries and transcripts for same on BEP cases such as that of Richard Kent. It should also include any subject again referenced at these meetings.

 

Of course I expect to receive these documents in accessible format and that would be as either Word attachments or plain text enclosures to my e-mail address listed above prior to these meetings.

 

I make these requests pursuant to the effective communications requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Moreover, I make this request pursuant to obligations for accessible meetings in both statutes listed above.
