Lydia,
Good on you for ranting; or as I like to call it speaking out.
Transition kids needs a voice, one who understands and listens and
somebody with a kid in the mix doesn't hurt either. I wish when I was
transitioning that I had the support from others who cared.
Sadly, my commission experiences were definitely less than
satisfactory.  I had hoped that by now some 7 years later that things
would have  changed.  It seems to me that the people they are meant to
serve are the ones they have forgotten.
