Dear Educators, Counselors, Librarians, Parents, and Advocates,

Please help us bring our targeted scholarship program to the attention of legally blind students in your state who will attend college in the fall semester of 2011. Here is one suggestion for an announcement:

Scholarships for Legally Blind College Students
To recognize achievement by blind scholars, the National Federation of the Blind annually offers blind college students in the United States and Puerto Rico the opportunity to win one of thirty national scholarships ranging from $3,000 to $12,000, and the 30 winners will attend the 2011 NFB Annual Convention in Orlando, Florida. For further information, including eligibility requirements, the online application form, and the Scholarship Checklist detailing all required documents, go to to www.nfb.org/scholarships. Deadline: March 31, 2011.

Cordially,
