I think one should never take a knife to a gunfight as Sean Connery said in 
the movie "The Untouchables".

Thus I think Cannon should be taken up on this meeting. But, only if 
consumers are broadly represented, that the meeting is public and that 
public records of the activities of MCB are disclosed.

That is a short list and certainly the meeting should be witnessed, taped 
and on the record.
