Hi,

Just don't let Cannon and MCB or DELEG know about all of this. They might 
get all sorts of psycho on us. On the one hand they'll claim credit for this 
venture though they don't have a thing to do with it. Then later they'll 
have to fire themselves for making the environment unsafe for the sighted 
people down below.

I'm sure there is a civil service work rule that the boys can pull out of 
their hat or somewhere else when the need arises. So, I just advise all to 
keep this on the hush-hush, the QT and "mum" is the word.

Besides someone might want to do a FOIA on this....Smiles...
