I received an email about the ADA survey at work and thought I would post it on the list for those of you who would like to give feedback as to  how your community is doing with regard to complying with the ADA.

You are invited to complete this survey about the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA). The purpose of this survey is to ask people with disabilities, family members,

and people in the disability field to share their thoughts about the

ADA

 and to grade their community's efforts in following the law. The results will help

everyone better understand how communities are doing in complying with the

ADA.
