Yes, I know and thank you for the reminder. My point here is that apparently 
the powers that be, including Cannon didn't think that was really important 
enough to include in this "Activities List".

And it shows how much value he places on consumer input in fact and deed. 
Moreover, this may well be an exercise in futility (not that I don't 
recognize the very good work of Elizabeth and all, for I do).

What I mean by this statement is that I think that Mr. Jones has already 
submitted the college policy to RSA as a "done deal". At least that is what 
I can glean by his comments in the public record such as his comments last 
year before the Michigan Rehabilitation council and the Statewide 
Independent Living council.

Moreover, as one can easily see by the words and tone of the MCB Report they 
consider consumer input as an obstacle to making policy really. They blame 
the process on not having policy at the ready per RSA requirements.

Again though thank you for this reminder and for all the work you, 
elizabeth, Fred and J.J. among others have done on this issue.
