the meeting should be made available. We should send Freedom of Information Requests from the organization. Fred Wurtzel talked
about Joe writing Freedom of Information requests and sending them to Larry to have them sent from the organization. None of the
Commission Board has the preliminary monitoring report. We are the only state whose report is not finalized. The Commissioners do
not have all of the information needed to do their job properly. Michigan is losing funds because we cannot match them. The agency
has had federal monitoring cut and consumer satisfaction surveys have not been sent out. There are Federal guide lines that Say
there are term limits for Commission board members. The Commission should be consumer driven, autonomous, and supervise key
personnel.
Discussion.--Positions we gave the Commission Board during the March 19 meeting. The Commission Board must include our positions in
the minutes in full. Our positions should not be edited. Joe Harcz
urges John Scott to insist that the minutes reflect our papers. Early retirements were not mentioned and neither was Dave
Robinson's firing.

We are working on the Complaint on the signage of the Victor Building? There was a very long discussion. There must be Raised
characters and Braille mounted 60 inches nearest the doorknob. This has been brought up several times. State buildings often do not
