Hi to Both joe's,

I get it now, Joe Sontag. Yesterday you were comment to me about P.A. 260.
I did not understand you at the time. Now I see where it says all
committees. That seems very clear, to me, never mind the OMA or FOIA.
Thanks for the reminder.

Warmest Regards,

Fred

Great stuff Joe! Of course I was at the the OMA and FOIA training on
Thursday. And of course, Cannon totally put his spin on what was presented
there. He hides information from staff, the board, and even the public
illegally. Always has too by the way.

Problem is that he acts arbitrarily and capriciously in groos violations of
these laws and then expects the taxpayer to bail his sorry butt out with
legal assistence from the taxpayer's coffers (i.e. the Michigan Attorney
General's office).

I did discuss some things with Mr. Quasarano though after the meeting and
while he couldn't comment he know I'm right.

By the way he teaches "Media Law" at MSU. And I did discuss my background in

that arena while both a professional journalist and that I did indeed study
media law at Notre Dame college in Manchester New Hampshire.

Cannon just makes his stuff up as he goes along.

Joe
