            Well, today, due to the persistent and diligent work of Geri and
Elizabeth,  among many others,  we are very close to a good quality college
policy.  You are to be commended for your efforts.  I have waited a long
time to be optimistic about a creative, inclusive and quality college
policy.  We are very close, now getting over the finish line will take that
last hard push.  You can do it!
