Are those public comment sessions set in stone or can they or anything else 
run over? If the latter, I see this thing going way past 3:30.

Attached to this message you will find a copy of the agenda for the upcoming 
MCB Board meeting. For those of you who cannot make the meeting, you can 
listen to the meeting over the internet as well as the phone. You can also 
submit public commoent via email if you cannot make it to the meeting. For 
details on submitting public comment viea email as well as listening to the 
meeting via internet and phone, please see the bottom of the agenda.



It looks as though there is going to be some important items on the agenda 
including college policy, status as a separate agency , and current B E P 
issues. Every voice is important, so make sure yours is heard by eitehr 
participating in the meeting in person or by listening online or over the 
phone and submitting public comment emails. The more voices we have speaking 
up on these issues, the more our voice will be heard.
