[nfbmi-talk] Using Outlook Express with ATT

Hi

I understand there is a problem using this service with the braille note 
apex unless they have corrected by now. This was experienced by Carl Adam 
back in the summer. He had to switch to the Genesee Freenet which is 
statewide. The cheapest account is $50 a year.
I am a volunteer for them also.
